Ampelitis Studios is an eight-studio property at Agios Ioannis, Kaspakas, on the northwest coast of Lemnos, Greece — 100 metres from the sea, 6 km from Myrina, and 25 minutes’ drive from Lemnos International Airport.

Built new and opened in 2025, the eight studios each have a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private veranda or balcony overlooking Agios Ioannis bay. Free private parking is available on site, and one studio is fully AMEA-compliant and wheelchair accessible.

The studios: Deluxe Studio with Sea View (32 m², sleeps 2), Accessible Deluxe Studio with Sea View (32 m², sleeps 3), Superior Studio with Garden View (37 m², sleeps 3), and Superior Studio with Sea View (37 m², sleeps 3).

Kaspakas Beach and Avlonas Beach are both a few minutes away by car. The Castle of Myrina, the Archaeological Museum of Lemnos, and the ancient sites of Poliochni and Hephaistia are all within easy reach.
